oldtimefamilybaseball:

Apparently today is going to be a very uniform heavy day, and I have no problem with that. Above are the new road uniforms unveiled this past weekend by the Rockies, essentially just removing the pinstripes. Really, it was the road uniform they felt needed to be updated and not the black sleeveless number?
Though I normally don’t like pinstripes on most non-New York teams, I thought the Rockies looked sharp. With purple pinstripes, the  team had a unique take on a classic style. Now, the team’s road uniforms will look exactly like every other team’s, purple excluded of course. Until I see brand new stirrups, I’ll remain unimpressed.
What’s your take?
