FRONT PAGE: A monstrous tornado at least a half-mile wide roared through the Oklahoma City suburbs Monday, flattening entire neighborhoods and destroying an elementary school with a direct blow as children and teachers huddled against winds up to 200 mph. At least 51 people were killed, and officials said the death toll was expected to rise.

WESTMINSTER — The police search for the killer of 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway led them just a mile from where it began, to the home of a teenager with an aptitude for crime-scene forensics and an interest in mortuary science.
Authorities arrested Austin Reed Sigg, 17, who lived about 1½ miles from Jessica in a neighborhood near Ketner Lake. The arrest was made Tuesday evening after Sigg’s mother called authorities and he turned himself in. More…
