Feds indict 14 ‘Anonymous’ members in hacking probe; one suspect arrested in Colorado
 
A Fort Collins man has been arrested in a sweep of suspects involved with the “Anonymous” hacking group.
Vincent Charles Kershaw, 27, is one of 14 people named in an  indictment filed in federal court for the Northern District of  California.
According to the indictment, which was attached to Kershaw’s arrest  documents filed in federal court in Denver, the suspects are accused of  organizing a “distributed denial of service” attack on the e-commerce  site PayPal. The attack, according to the indictment, was in retaliation  for PayPal’s refusal to accept donations for WikiLeaks, after the  anti-secrecy website posted tens of thousands of sensitive diplomatic  cables and other U.S. government documents.
